Forever Tree is pleased to offer a limited warranty on regular and sale priced artificial Christmas trees and lights. ForeverTree has a 3-year warranty on the quality of our artificial Christmas trees’ factory installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs), frame, hinges, and tree stand. We also offer a 3-year warranty on the foliage. Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are fully covered by the warranty within the specified time frame. This warranty only applies to artificial ForeverTree branded Christmas trees and lights.

If you have any issues or need help with your tree, please first refer to the included instructions. If you still have problems or you would prefer to speak with a Customer Service Specialist, please contact us via at 877-873-1139. They will help you troubleshoot the problem and find an appropriate solution. This may sometimes include requesting a photo of the issue.

DO NOT attempt self-repair, other than what is shown in the provided instructions or as directed by a Customer Service Specialist. This could damage the tree further and consequently void the warranty.

If you submit a claim to ForeverTree within the warranty period and we find that you are in accordance with this warranty, we will do one of the following at our discretion:

  • repair the tree as soon as possible with a part(s) that are equivalent to new in reliability. If your tree is no longer available for sale or as been redesigned, the part(s) may take some time and have to be manufactured;
  • replace your tree with an identical model, or the closest compatible model available;
  • give you a credit equal to your original purchase price to use toward a replacement tree if we are unable to repair or replace your tree.

During the holiday season (the months of November and December), part and product availability can quickly change. We will do everything we can to work with you to find an acceptable solution.

This warranty excludes burned-out bulbs and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply in instances of damage due to misuse, neglect, intentional alteration, or other events beyond our control. A warranty may not be transferred to another person and applies only to the original owner of the tree.

If you receive a defective or damaged tree, we may send you a replacement part along with instructions and ask you to install it. In this case, the replacement part assumes the remaining term of the original tree warranty or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longest coverage for you.  Also, we may change the warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
